A “Downloadable Product” can come in handy if you sell digital art, e-books etc. This gives you the option to upload your file directly on Esnaf and customers will receive a downloadable link to those files after purchase!

Step 1: Click on “Products” #

Step 3: Select “Downloadable” – make sure it is checked #

Step 4: Fill in Your Product’s Details, Images, Pricing etc. #

Step 5: Scroll down and click on the “Downloadable” tab #

This is the most important options panel of your downloadable product. Let’s look at each option bar in detail.

1. Name #

This is the name of your file. Make it look pretty and properly punctuated. For example, if you’re selling an e-book called “How to Sketch Easily,” make sure the Name field says How to Sketch Easily and NOT how to sketch easily.

2. File #

Upload your file by clicking on the Upload button.

3. Download Limit #

You may define a limit for how many times your file can be downloaded by your customer after the purchase is complete. Leave it empty to make it unlimited or put a number to apply a download limit.

4. Download Expiry #

You can keep a desired expiry date for your download. If your customer hasn’t downloaded the file within that time period, the link will show as “expired.” Leave it empty to not apply an expiry date or enter a date of your choice.

Step 6: Scroll Down & Click on the “Submit” button #
