We do not provide a refund unless the product sent to you is damaged and you contact us immediately upon receiving the product with proof of damage. IF not contacted immediately we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange,

We do not have a cancellation policy for products once they are sold and payment has been made. if you opt for COD you have to make the payment to the rider.
