Shipping Policy

  • Orders may not be canceled once placed.
  • Orders are processed after 100% advance payment.
  • For Customized Orders, it requires 2-3 weeks with 100% advance payment.
  • Karachi based orders are shipped via our delivery partner for glass framed painting also.

  • Delivery Within Karachi Flat Charges of 300 Pkr.

  • For Orders outside Karachi, Delivery Charges will apply according to Volumetric weight (or actual weight whatever is higher) and Destination as per TCS.
    The items are then shipped via courier service with shipping time of 2-3 working days.  THIS IS THE SHIPPING TIME, not the processing time of your requested / required items
  • Once items are couriered, they are no longer under our care. For issues such as delivery delays or receiving damaged items, please contact the delivery company directly.
  • Orders canceled or returned after shipment will not be processed again. Additionally, future orders in these situations will not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incomplete contact information, unresponsive recipients at the time of delivery, or delays caused by area restrictions or road closures.
  • Product may vary slight in color owing to the camera features.
  • We don't remake 100% for the same order. Slight Difference in color and design is expected.
  • We do not provide a 100% duplicate of the same painting. Please anticipate minor differences in color and design.
  • If framing required then, additional Charges may apply where applicable with additional processing time of 1 week.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for orders where customers have overlooked or misread information regarding size, delivery times, materials, or similar details.
