Shipping Policy

Orders would be dispatched after telephonic confirmation and advance payment transfer
Our brand uses residual and waste leather to conserve the environment so the final product may have inherent marks and scars . Although we do make sure they give a great finish to the overall product look .
Remember, every product that you buy is actually a contribution of environmental conservation and waste reduction.

Refund Policy

- All orders claimed within 5 working days are eligible for refund. The refund claim must be lodged via email and should be confirmed by our representative.

- The shipping cost of return would be on the customer if the order sent was 100% correct.

-If the store dispatched wrong / defected product, shipping cost of delivery and return would be paid by the store.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

- Cancellations after order confirmed on the phone call and payment receipt within 1 working day would be eligible for a 100% refund. Afterwards a 10% deduction would be made.

-Return of products in original condition after email claim would be settled in 7 working days.

-Exchange of products would require an email / social media inbox correspondence within 3 days of receipt of product and would be liable to return the product on their expense. The exchange depends on the availability of the stock and might take more time than usual processing days.
