Shipping Policy
a. In case of any complaint on any scented candles, please share your complaint within 2 days of purchase.
b. Please note that any complaint shared after 2 days of purchase would not be entertained and will thereby be discarded.
c. In case of exchanging our scented product, please share your exchange request within 2 days of purchase and once the exchange request is reviewed and approved, the delivery charges will be divided between the buyer and Hayatim i.e. for one round Hayatim would be responsible for delivery charges, and for the second round, the respective buyer would be responsible for delivery charges.
d. Once the order has been booked, the buyer is liable to pay 50% of the order amount upfront while the rest of the amount would be paid once the order is completed and ready for dispatch. This would be taken into consideration for both customized and non-customized orders.
e. Delivery is only available for Karachi at the moment
