Shipping Policy

Shipping will be done once the order is confirmed and payment has been made via bank transfer and the payment receipt has been shared on the following contact.

The colors may slightly vary on screen vs in person.
In-stock items will be delivered within 2 to 4 Business days.
Customized items will take 10 to 20 days, depending on the product category.
Picture/video will be sent to you before dispatching and for that, you have to provide your active WhatsApp, when placing the order.
If we make a custom-made order from a picture or if a product is sold out and we make the product for you it will not be exact, these pieces are handmade and are sold as art pieces that cannot be replicated.

Please note, that our shipping cost is calculated as per weight/volume of the product.
The following rate is for Karachi.
Weight up to 1 kg: shipping cost flat Rs 350/-
Weight up to 1.5 kg: shipping cost flat Rs 400/-
Weight more than 1.5Kg shipping cost will be as per courier policy/zone
For other cities, the shipping cost will be as per courier policy/zone

Refund Policy

Products go through a quality check before they are dispatched and packed with full precaution, so we do not provide a refund, but if the product sent to you is damaged during the delivery and you contact us immediately upon receiving the product with proof of damage we will find a solution after seeing the damage as we want to lose to our customers, but if not contacted immediately we will not be able to provide a look into the matter and provide any solution.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We do not have a cancellation policy for products once they are sold and payment has been made.

We do not provide an exchange, and if due to any unfortunate incident you receive a damaged product contact us immediately so we can find a solution for you.
