I will send you pictures and videos of your painting before dispatching .Will dispatch only if you are fully satisfied .

I use Leopards courier for delivering my paintings nationwide ,have send almost fifty paintings through them and  no complaints of damages etc but incase you receive a damaged paintings you are eligible for refund or exchange whatever you choose. 

Frames shown are for illustrative purposes only and are not included in your order, however borders can be painted if you wish to give it a framed look .

Shipping Policy

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.Usually the items  in stock  are dispatched within 3-5 working days.For items that are sold or for custom or personalised items I take 20-25 working days.

Refund Policy

Refunds only on damaged or disabled items.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I gladly accept exchanges ( refunds and Returns are only applicable on damaged items)

Contact me within: 2 days of delivery and 
dispatch items back within: 10 days of delivery.Buyers will have to bear delivery charges for exchange items .

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 Items that can't be  exchanged

 I can't accept  exchange for custom or personalised orders unless they arrive damaged  .In this case please send me a picture of damaged  item and dispatch it within 3 -5 days.I will try to refund or exchange ( whatever you choose) as soon as possible. 


Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
