Shipping Policy

Delivery charges will be 200 within city (Karachi), 250 all over Pakistan.
We will make sure to deliver the product to your doorstep within 2 to 3 working days, It may be effected by any undue influence by any strike, road block, etc.
All orders above Rs.10000 (ten thousand) payment has to be made in advance and there will be no delivery charges
*All items are carefully handcrafted with premium natural products so might vary slightly in shade or intensity of aroma every batch, our team works best for the product that are delivered to you.
*Advance payment are acceptable through bank transfer/ATM or Easypaisa and Jazzcash.
*Advance payment has to made in 48 hours after placing order, all orders exceeding the time will be cancelled and has to be placed again.
*Orders are delivered via Call courier.
*Cash on delivery would not be applicable to shop, hospital, office, Etc. Its only acceptable for residential address.
*Our handmade skin care products require a bit of care, please store in a cool and dry place without excess exposure to heat and light. Moisture may contaminate the product.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Customers who have returned or refuse accept order when delivered, will not be able to avail COD (cash on delivery) service.

After 12 hours of placing order cancellation would be not acceptable.
