At Artistry, we aim to ensure a seamless and prompt delivery of your handcrafted items.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days for ready to dispatched items. Bespoke orders for resin will take 15-20 business days, rest the processing time for all the items would be as per mentioned in the product detail.
- Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
- International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs and fees may apply.
- Bulk Order Shipping policies and details would be provided as on MOQ.
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Artistry.
- Returns:
Ready to dispatch : Items can be returned within 3 working days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Custom Orders: Items prepared on order are not applicable for returns , any logistically mishandled parcel would be refunded deducting the shipping charges.
International Orders: Any order dispatch out of Pakistan are non-returnable ,exchangeable and non-refundable . Refunds aren't acceptable unless they arrive damaged or defective and the replacement is not possible. - Exchanges (Unused and Ready to Dispatch Items Only) : If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery. Item should not be used, and also should be from our ready to dispatch category. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately .
- Notification: Notify us within 2 days of delivery.
- Proof of Damage: Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Resolution: We will offer a replacement free of shipping cost or additional charges and these are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective and the replacement is not possible.
- Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.
