Items that are made to order will ship once they are ready. Once shipped, an order cannot be modified or cancelled.

Currently, we are unable to offer any refunds for products.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We are unable to offer any returns, exchanges or cancellations on custom made orders. In case of any issue with the final product, an exchange will be offered. Change of mind is not a viable reason for exchanges or cancellations of any sort once a deposit has been placed.
