Shipping Policy
Some of our products are readily available and can be shipped within 1-3 business days.
However, our customized orders will take 1-2 weeks
Please note, that our shipping cost is calculated as per weight/volume of the product.
The following rate is for Karachi.
Weight up to 1.69 kg: shipping cost flat Rs 250/-
Weight more than 1.7 kg: shipping cost flat Rs 750/-
For other cities, shipping cost is as per courier policy/zone
For other countries, shipping cost is calculated as per unit cost

Refund Policy
Once the payment is made, a refund or exchange is NOT possible.
However, if you received a damaged/wrong product we will be happy to give you a full refund, after inquiring about the details with proof. The product should reach us within 24 hours, once the product is received, we will clear your payments.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Once the payment is made, cancellation or exchange is NOT possible.
You may return the product (within 24 hours) if you get a damaged/wrong product, and a full refund will be made to you along with delivery charges for the return of the product.
