Refund Policy
if you dont like the scent, the candle will be replaced provided its unlit and delivery will be paid by the client.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
all candles will can be exchanged or refunded provided the candle is unlit and in good condition. the delivery cost for retuning will be borne by the client. the refund will be made , after the candle is received and expected by the team Nyra. in case if faulty, no refunded will be made and the client can collect it back.
