Shipping Policy
Customized honey is usually ordered in bulk so the number of shipping days will depend on the size of the order. We prefer delivering these only within Karachi as courier will compromise packaging.
Refund Policy
There is no refund policy.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you receive customized honey with legitimate compromised packaging, it will be replaced. The honey will be replaced if you receive a broken bottle. No returns if the honey crystallizes. That can be fixed by gentle heating in a water bath.
