If you are located outside Karachi and the weight of the product exceeds 1kg, extra shipping charges will apply. Honey baskets and boxes are not shipped outside Karachi.
Refund Policy
There is no refund policy.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you receive a basket, box or customized honey with legitimate compromised packaging, it will be replaced. The honey will be replaced if you receive a broken bottle. No returns if the honey crystallizes. That can be fixed by gentle heating in a water bath.
