The garlic honey infusion is made with Acacia honey since it has no undertone. The garlic is soaked in honey for over 2 weeks, burped everyday to release gases and kept in a cool dark place away from moisture and heat. This is how it should be stored after usage as well.
Have 1-2 cloves of garlic everyday with a teaspoon of honey for best results.
It can be eaten as is or used for cooking, as a spread, to mix in with tea, etc.
