Shipping Policy

Payment methods
Payment is via bank transfer  only, IN ADVANCE

Exception: Lahore where payment on pickup option is available.

Order processing begins only after confirmation of payment, hence is timed from the date of transfer and not the date of order placement.

Measures are taken to ship your parcels with the utmost care. However in case of damaged product, you will be offered a free replacement. However this is subject to claims made within two days of receiving the item.

Custom orders are subject to availability of raw material, and particulars will be confirmed with the client before processing...There will be no changes past this stage.

Any damage incurred during shipping will be made up to the client, with either a refund or replacement.
