Shipping Policy
While most of our orders are shipped and delivered on time, please know your sign may ship a few days later than its expected date as every sign is designed, handcrafted, and made to order. Each one of our signs is made by hand from start to finish in our family-owned workshop. All of our ship & delivery dates are estimates based on the number of orders we received at any point in time. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know beforehand and we will try our best to meet your request.
Please note that no self-pickup is available.
The cash on delivery option is for Karachi residents only.
For cities outside Karachi, method of payment is 100% bank transfer with delivery through courier companies

Refund Policy
Items that have been customized in any way cannot be returned or exchanged. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.
