Shipping Policy
The shipping time for Karachi is 1 to 3 working days.
The shipping time for cities other than Karachi is 3 to 5 working days.
Products are shipped with utmost care and caution, any damage to packaging is not the store's responsibility.
Any damage or fault in the product should be communicated to the store within 3 days of receiving of product. After 3 days the store won't be liable.
Refund Policy
Refund will be provided in case of damage or fault in the product IF communicated within 3 days of receiving of the product.
In case of refund after product is received by the customer and is sent back to the store the customer would be liable to pay the delivery charges to and fro.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation before dispatch I.e, 24 hrs after placement of order will be free of cost.
After 24 hrs 25 percent will be charged.
